Mrs. Prchlik

Welcome to my website, I am excited to start my twelth year at St. Matthew’s.  I wanted to share some information about me with you as we start our new year together.  I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.  My husband Mark and I have been married for 28 years and we have two wonderful daughters.  Ashley is eighteen and starting her first year at Sam Houston State University.  Isabel is fourteen and an eighth grader at Canyon Vista Middle School; she is also a busy dancer in the SMSD Performing Troupe.  Sixteen years ago when we moved here from Chicago the first thing I was told to do, by my new friends, was to get my daughter on St. Matthew’s waiting list.  I followed their advice and both my children have had the privilege of spending their preschool years at such a wonderful school.  I was so impressed by the teachers at St. Matthew’s that I was inspired to go back to school for my Early Childhood Certification.   I feel truly blessed to have found such a loving and caring place to work and meet so many amazing families.  Elizabeth Neale,  my assistant, makes everyday fun for the children.  She engages and involves them in activities in such a playful way.  We look forward to spending this year with you and your little angel and guiding them as they grow throughout the year.
