I am thrilled to be starting my 8th year of teaching here… being part of the St. Matthew’s family is a true blessing! I always tell people that I have the best job ever! I decided to be a teacher at a very young age, inspired by my own 2nd grade teacher, but never imagined it would be so fun!
In addition to my school family, I have another family. My wonderful husband and I have two darling daughters…both St. Matthew’s grads. Our oldest just started middle school (scary!) and our youngest is in 3rd grade. They fill us with love and laughter!
As we journey through Pre-K together, I look forward to getting to know each of you better. Mrs. McCollough and I strive to partner with you to foster confidence and success in your precious children.
Mrs. McCollough
Kelley McCollough grew up in Tyler and is a native Texan. She graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Elementary Education with a specialty in reading. After graduation she moved to her husband’s hometown of Houston where she taught Kindergarten. This is her 3nd year teaching at St. Matthew’s.
