Welcome to our class website! I am excited to join the 3′s team this year for my second year teaching at St. Matthew’s. Last year, Ms. Lane and I had the joy of teaching a wonderful Pre-Kindergarten class.
A little bit about myself: I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. I have two sisters that reside in Austin. My husband David and I have been married for ten years and have four wonderful children, three of which attend St. Matthew’s School.
I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with an emphasis in Studio Art. After graduating, I went on to get my Early Childhood-4th grade teaching certification as well as my Masters of Education in Advanced Literacy from Concordia University in Austin.
Jill and I are looking forward to engaging your child in hands on learning and creativity. Our goal is to meet each child at their own level and instill a lifelong love of learning. We look forward to sharing this year with you and your child!
